Shorefront Park offers Lease with Purchase Option Manufactured Homes located in premium Manufactured Home Communities to qualified tenants.  Each month that the tenant pays their home lease payment on-time, a portion of their monthly lease payment is applied to reduce the Purchase Option Price of the home.

 

Shorefront Park buys tenant occupied home portfolios from Manufactured Home Community Owners.
